This daylong gathering celebrates our journey through midlife and beyond. Picture a room full of women who understand and are eager to laugh, learn, share, and listen.
Walk in as your authentic self, carry your curiosity, and stay open to new perspectives. Take in two panel discussions, one with local women’s health practitioners, and engage in two small-group breakouts that boost your well-being. Chat during lunch. Appreciate the good vibes with moments to breathe and reflect. Walk out with a deeper sense of community and belonging.
This isn't about networking or performing, my friend. This day is for your best self to shine while sparking connections with other women traveling this path, too.

Refunds and event credits are NOT issued for this event. All sales are final. If you can no longer attend, please give your ticket to a woman in midlife and beyond who can.
What is the location of This event?
We're gathering at the Phoenix Better Business Bureau at 1010 E Missouri Ave. Parking is on the north side of the building.
What is tHe timing of this event?
Doors open at 8:30am. The event ends at 4:00pm.
Is it ok to arrive late or leave early?
Late arrivals are disruptive. Please check-in no later than 9am. If you must leave early, please do so during a break or after 3:30pm, during social time.
What should I wear?
Choose comfortable clothes and bring a layer. You know how the HVAC works in Phoenix!
What Should I bring?
Please leave valuables at home. A water bottle is always smart. And I always suggest bringing a fave writing instrument (or two!).
what's for lunch? i have dietary restrictions.
The menu hasn't been decided yet. In early October, I'll send a form to submit dietary restrictions and other needed accommodations.

No. This is an event for women only.

I'm a Life and Wellness Coach dedicated to helping you boost your well-being and nurture whole-life wellness. I'm known for my positive energy, compassionate listening, and ability to create a safe space where women can be vulnerable and celebrate one another.
A DAY FOR WOMEN IN MIDLIFE AND BEYOND has been simmering in my heart and soul for quite a while now. I hope you'll join me to immerse yourself in community, possibility, and plenty of joy-filled moments!
